Returns and Exchanges Policy

Given our products' unique, custom-made nature, all sales are final and non-refundable. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, items may be exchanged if they arrive damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please email us at pupcupbuddy@gmail.com with a photo and brief description of the damaged item. Once the exchange is accepted, you are responsible for the return postage costs. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will process your exchange for another item of equal value and cover the shipping costs of the new item.

Please note that damages caused by pets are not eligible for exchange.
